count the time of releasing this official news, opening
of negotiations on the production of the current
season.
Accordingly, it invites the interested parties to submit

email: dc@smcp.mr, not later than Friday September
fifteen 2023 at twelve o’clock GMT (15/09/2023 at
12.00 GMT).
